Just Giving page launched to support East Midlands Aeropark after break-in

East Midlands Aeropark was broken into and vandalized on the night of June 25. A pair of offenders caused extensive damage to the shop and staff room. After breaking the door to the hangar, they stole a safe out of the shop which is reported to have had ‘a considerable amount of money’ inside. It’s estimated that repair work will cost around £5,000. To this end, the Aeropark (a charity that relies on public donations) has launched a Just Giving page to help raise funds. If you’d like to contribute, please see: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/eastmidlands-aeropark

Similarly, if anyone saw anything suspicious on the night, or can help police with their enquiries, please contact Leicestershire Police on 101.
