Possible discovery of Short Stirling wreckage in North Sea

The BBC is reporting that a World War Two bomber, believed to be a Short Stirling, has been located in the North Sea. The type and identity of the aircraft has not been confirmed. The wreckage was found by specialists scanning the sea bed with sonar equipment on behalf of a subsea electricity project.
